  • Light Trade Turnouts - Everything you need to know to show a trade turnout
  • HDT Dressage explained - International HDT drivers giving their advice
  • Traditions of Coaching - See the real thing and learn what makes a coaching team
  • Le Trec – What does this involve? Come and find out.
  • Putting a Tandem together - yes you can do it, after this demo you will be able to.
  • Dress for the Show Ring - Or how not to dress, all will be revealed!
  • Showing Master Class (with audience participation and advice from Driving Panel judges)
  • Scurry Driving - Fast and fun demonstration – perhaps this discipline is for you!
  • Side Shows - to include harness maker, whip maker and vehicle restoration, fascinating.

LE TREC DRIVING a short talk with Linda Swain –

1.30 p.m LIGHT TRADE TURNOUT – discussing the requirements and traditions and what the judge is looking for.

These turnouts will be judged with audience participation followed by two BDS judges Minta Winn & Deborah Holt Atkinson giving their constructive opinions & Sarah Needham talking on the vehicles forward.

Also: John McDonald – collar maker, Kevin Stillwell and Dennis Walmsley - Whip making, Mr. Garner - Wheelwright.

Finish 4 p.m.
