RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  1. No claims will be entertained for anything which may happen to competitors ,their servants, onlookers, horses, vehicles or property in connection with or arising from this event. It is a condition of entry that all participants shall indemnify the proprietors of Castlemans Farm, Hicknaham Farm and Hall Barn Estates, also the organisers against any legal action arising from any mishap.
  2. All competitors shall have their own insurance that covers them to take part in this event.
  3. No entry fees shall be refunded unless the event is cancelled or a Doctors or Veterinary certificate is produced no later than the 29 May 2006.
  4. The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry.
  5. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
  6. Drivers are to drive sensibly at all times.
  7. Drivers are not allowed on any mown verges in Hicknaham Farm.
  8. Stewards must be obeyed at all times.
