Ac`s Malcolm Salter & Linda Swain again teamed up with Sue Mart of Bennington Carriages to produce a great day enjoyed by all types of driver as well as those just considering having a go.

The latter were able to be accompanied by Amanda Saville & try driving a small pony turnout, many for the first time. All types of help was available from attending driving clubs, with experts such as Caroline Dale-Leech & Claire Bourn who demonstrated how to pass the road driving test.

Gary Docking talked about exercise turnout show classes and Boyd Exel wowed everyone with his amazing horse team, and in their own way no less impressive was the donkey turnout demonstration.

BDS panel judge Beth Foster explained the ride and drive class, John Walker spoke to a line up of talented younger drivers of the future, and there were demonstrations of scurry driving from Jeff Osborne`s group,  hackney coaching, as well as obstacle driving from the Midland Driving Trials Group and Poacher Harness Club.

Truly something for everyone !
