Anthea Greenlees 2010

The Anthea Greenlees Scholarship day was held at West Newton, our thanks go to Audrey Barron for providing the excellent venue, ponies etc. The day was well supported with nine young drivers attending.

Madeline Wright Davies who was last year’s scholarship winner had enjoyed the day so much last year that she attended again this year to gain more experience it is always good to see the young drivers coming back to increase their knowledge.

Our thanks must go to Eileen Cornish, Sheila McNeill and all helpers on the day who organise and support this day with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Our congratulations go to Megan Dickinson-Hood and Ashley Bennett who both one won a half day’s training. We must also congratulate the other young drivers who came along for the day and hope that they continue to learn and improve their driving knowledge.

A great day was had by all.
