Please use the form below to enter you Events.
NOTES:
- All applications must be received by the BDS Office no later than 7 days prior to the start of the event.
- An event will not be regarded as a BDS event until confirmation is received from the BDS Office. Once confirmed the event details will be added to the BDS website for inclusion in the events calendar.
- One form per event should be completed. If completing electronically save the form before returning it to the BDS.
- It is a condition that only fully paid-up current members of the BDS may attend each event.
